When You Call Judd Shaw Injury Law


Our Welcome & Reception Team is trained to take your call, understand your needs and direct you to our Intake Action Team (known as our “A-Team”). There, one of our bilingual Intake Specialists will ask you a series of questions in order to obtain the important facts and information regarding your accident – generally, this call takes less than 15 minutes. Depending on the nature of the potential claim, your call may be directed to our Rapid Response Team.

We want to make sure you get the treatment you need and the benefits you deserve. We look to get started immediately. Often times, it’s important that we get one of our investigators or experts to the scene of the accident as soon as possible. In certain cases, it will be critical to preserve the spoliation of evidence.

Within 72 hours of sign-up as a new client, you’ll receive a call from a member of our Client Success Team. Your personally assigned Client Success Representative will schedule an appointment for you to meet with a member from our legal team. If necessary, we can assist with transportation to one of our offices most convenient to you. If you can’t come to us, we can come to you. We meet our clients anywhere, anytime. We see our clients at their home, work, a place of business, medical facility or where you or family has been hospitalized.

Your initial meeting follows a well-developed process we call the “Judd Shaw Way.” This experience ensures you feel welcome, have all your initial questions answered, obtain any paperwork and provide you an early opportunity to meet your Judd Shaw Injury Litigation Team. After the initial meeting, you can expect to hear from your dedicated Client Success Representative in the following days checking in you or your loved one’s health and the status of medical treatment.
