VNA Health Group Children and Family Health Institute

We provided 500 grocery gift-cards to VNA social workers and nurses to distribute to patients in need within the VNA’s Nurse Family Partnership Program, Early Intervention, Special Child Health, Senior Wellness, Mobile Outreach, County Council for Young Children and the VNA Community Health Centers. VNA Health Group’s Children and Family Health Institute provides health care services to more than 54,000 at-risk individuals and families each year. Philanthropy helps bridge the gap between public funding and the cost to provide care.
