We take our role as advocate and trusted advisor seriously and our focus remains on our results and our clients’ positive experience. We all have a role in making sure our communities are as safe as possible.

When visiting our office, some examples of our policies and practices you’ll see include:

Practicing social distancing;

Providing personal disposable face masks to all employees and visitors;

Placing hand-sanitizing stations in all common areas, such as our reception and welcome lounge, meeting rooms, videoconferencing Zoom room, shared workspaces, kitchen, and copy center;

Requiring routine and frequent disinfecting of reception spaces, all work surfaces and table tops, using cleaning products that meet EPA’s criteria for use against SARS-CoV-2, the virus that causes COVID-19;

Keeping our front entrance and meeting room doors open using door stops to avoid unnecessary touching of doorknobs;

Offering personalized Judd Shaw Injury Law™ sanitizing packets to all employees and visitors to use throughout the day and visit;

Maintaining daily communication with our workforce and allowing our team unlimited sick time for an employee who becomes symptomatic or sick so our team is encouraged to stay home, avoid spreading the virus, protect coworkers and visitors, and;

Maintaining remote telework for our team and providing continued virtual meetings for our clients who prefer videoconferencing.

Judd Shaw Injury Law™ recognizes that our actions impact those around us, and we strive to lead by a good example. We should continue thinking about the safety of our employees and our clients, and the safety of others.

Remember: We’re all in this together!
